About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will provide administrative support to our reception areas, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration services for three reception areas: Main Emergency Centre reception, Ambulance Bay reception, and Ambulatory Care Unit reception.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Manage patient bookings, appointments, and records.
  • Operate Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook.

Requirements

  • Numerate and literate, with Maths and English to GCSE.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in an acute or emergency healthcare clerical environment.
