Administrative Support Specialist

**Administrative Support Role**
The Peterborough Office is seeking an organised and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to the Office Administration team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class service to all staff and visitors, including clients, professional contacts, employees, tenants, and suppliers.
- Process invoices for payment, including creating purchase orders.
- Order stationery and kitchen consumables as required.
- Organise schedules for work shadowing students and assist the social committee with organising events.
- Work with the Office Manager and PA to Head of Office to promote company initiatives within the office.
- Collaborate with the PA to Head of Office and Office Business Development Board to organise events.
- Update contact details in Dynamics CRM when necessary.
- Complete and/or obtain venue event H&S risk assessments.
- Liaise with the digital marketing team to create and send invitations, and work with social media and PR teams to create posts on LinkedIn and publications.
- Attend events as required.
- Order merchandise needed for events, such as pens and note pads.
- Ensure fee-earners have materials, research publications, etc. for events.
- Maintain team channels with up-to-date information.
- Create and update team sheets/PDF invites, etc. on Canva.
