CAFM Administrator Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a CAFM Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. Working 20 hours per week, you will be based at the Biomedical Campus and be part of a strong, experienced Estates and Facilities team.
This role offers an hourly rate of £14.50ph - £15.45ph, which includes onsite parking and a flexible schedule from 8am - 12pm, Monday to Friday.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the facilities helpdesk and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records for PPM and reactive works
- Monitoring the status of job requests and work orders
- Creating work and purchase orders
- Supporting the Facilities Management team with administrative tasks
This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in facilities administration and exposure to CMMS / CAFM Systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail.
