Role Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Manager to join our administration and finance team at Enterprise Recruitment Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, technical competence, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the office manager with day-to-day accounts and office duties, preparing orders for shipping, coordinating deliveries, and managing internal product tracking systems. Additionally, they will process purchase orders, invoice customers, and manage supplier invoices.

Benefits and Compensation:

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, life assurance, EMI share scheme, and employee assistance programme with various wellbeing benefits.
