Are you a driven sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and transformation? Betterworks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in London, UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in new logo SaaS software sales, with a strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape. You will be responsible for engaging with Human Resources teams and IT/Internal Systems at large enterprises to introduce Betterworks' Performance Management software suite.

With a focus on complex new logo sales cycles, you will develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, identifying business needs and priorities through research and discovery. Your exceptional communication skills and executive presence will enable you to build trust and credibility with clients, driving successful sales outcomes.

We estimate this role will pay £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
