Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Medical Client Support Specialist to join our team at BMC Appointments Ltd. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients in various European languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and manage customer support tickets with attention to detail.
  • Liaise with customers via telephone or Teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to facility managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve complex customer service complaints and equipment issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in a European language (e.g., French) is essential for success in this role.
  • A technical work background is necessary to understand the industry's nuances.
  • Clear and professional communication skills are crucial for effective telephone interactions.
  • A strong aptitude for technical problem-solving and critical thinking is required.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems is an asset.
  • This full-time position (37 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling from Monday to Sunday with free parking on site.
