About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Manage and administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £12.00 + mileage, paid bi-weekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, life works benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme (£500 per successful referral) and cycle to work scheme.
