We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group Ltd.

Your role will involve providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Provide support with medication management and administration
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage independence and promote client well-being
