Care Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Bank Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide quality care and support to our residents. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You may also be required to work with colleagues to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. A warm and empathetic approach is essential, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality care and support in a fast-paced environment.
