About the Opportunity

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. Our complex care home caters to individuals with diverse needs, including dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and creating meaningful moments with our residents. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans and ensure each resident receives one-to-one time.

About You

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you'll need:

  • Experience caring for older adults
  • A can-do approach and excellent communication skills
