Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and caring individual to fill the position of Care Assistant. This role involves working with clients in their own homes, providing support with daily living activities, administering medications, and offering emotional support. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans

Benefits and Salary

This role offers a competitive salary of £12.00 + mileage, paid bi-weekly, along with an attractive benefits package, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, life works benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme (£500 per successful referral) and cycle to work scheme.
