Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Peterlee and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, delivering exceptional care and support, and ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

* Support clients with personal care, assisting with bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence* Assist with medication and other daily tasks* Help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework* Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus mileage. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to our pension scheme.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate approach, and the ability to work independently as part of a close-knit team. You'll also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
