We are seeking an exceptional Senior Care Home Manager to join our dedicated team in the North, working with Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a nursing home and drive excellence in elderly care.

Salary:

The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per annum, complemented by a comprehensive package of benefits, including private healthcare cover, a company stakeholder pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave.

About the Role:

As a Senior Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical guidance and training to staff. You will hold assessments and develop individualized care plans that prioritize resident wellbeing. Your role will also involve monitoring work areas and practices for safety and compliance, ensuring that the home meets the highest standards.

You will champion resident wellbeing and establish a vision for the home, driving continuous improvement and excellence in care. If you have experience working in home management within an elderly care setting and hold a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Background working in home management within an elderly care setting
  • A Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and evidence of previous Good or Outstanding ratings
  • NMC Pin is desirable
