HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team at Intrahealth Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide expert HR support to our managers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR function.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification, with experience in generalist HR and employee relations. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
- Support the development of effective employee relations
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes
