Job Title: Training Specialist - Social Care Services

Barchester Healthcare seeks a skilled Training Specialist to join their team. As an Operational Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of quality care services by empowering staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies, aligning with organizational objectives and training statistics.
  • Deliver expert training sessions to new staff members, ensuring they possess the required competencies to provide exceptional care.
  • Maintain regular contact with new team members, providing coaching and support where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • C&G 7300 (or equivalent) or Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care, along with extensive experience in the social care sector.
  • Working knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector.
