As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for teaching construction-related subjects to students. You will need to have a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in your subject area and be able to manage challenging behavior. Experience interacting with 16-19 year olds in an education or apprentice setting is also desirable.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance.
