About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers to provide personalized support to students, focusing on their emotional and social development. You will create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages children to thrive and reach their full potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and families, collaborating to tailor approaches that meet the unique needs of each child. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in helping children develop essential life skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a special educational needs setting.
  • A minimum of a grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer
