Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in providing individualized support to students within the SEN hub.
  • Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
  • Offer one-on-one support to boost student confidence and independence, monitor student progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Requirements
  • A passion for supporting students with special educational needs, coupled with experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £90-£100 per day, with the option to increase to permanent status at a later date.
