Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting students in small groups for defined activities, promoting their engagement and progress.
  2. Working collaboratively with teachers to ensure that pupils remain focused and complete set activities.
  3. Addressing behavioral and special needs issues in conjunction with the teaching team.
  4. Delivering targeted interventions for students with SEN.
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of lesson plans, providing constructive feedback to students and supporting the teaching team in assessment and testing.

Essential Requirements:

  • A full driving license and access to a car, as regular travel between locations is required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a supportive working environment.
