Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch care, and we're seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Caregiver Support Specialist. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of respect and dignity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
