Healthcare Development Trainer

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operational Trainer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services. In this role, you will work closely with Home Managers to ensure that all new employees receive comprehensive induction and development training.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and delivering training programs, providing practical support to staff, planning and publishing training calendars, and maintaining employee training files. Additionally, you will observe workplace practice, arrange induction paperwork, and foster a supportive environment for new team members.
Requirements for this position include a strong background in health and social care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse situations. We require a minimum of 2 years of training experience, a full UK driving license, and relevant qualifications such as C&G 7300 or a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care.
