Operational Trainer

Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of quality care services, is seeking an experienced Operational Trainer to join their team. As a key member of the organization's training department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of excellent care by empowering staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality induction and development training to new staff members across various care homes and hospitals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training calendars, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and training statistics.
- Promote learning and development opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- C&G 7300 (or equivalent) or Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care, along with experience in the social care sector.
- Working knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience.
