Join Our Team:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Trainer to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Operational Trainer, you will play a key part in ensuring the continued delivery of Good and Outstanding care by providing induction and development training to our staff members. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.

Responsibilities:
As an Operational Trainer, your responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering induction and development training against Barchester objectives and training statistics, providing practical hands-on training across a variety of subjects, planning and publishing training calendars, and ensuring employee training files are up-to-date. You will also be responsible for observing workplace practice, arranging induction paperwork and a buddy in advance of a new employee starting, maintaining regular contact with new team members, coaching and supporting where appropriate, and attending meetings and conferences external to the home as required.
