Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Develop customized training sessions tailored to each location's needs.
  2. Establish effective working relationships with staff members, management, and other stakeholders.
  3. Liaise with regional trainers to share best practices and ensure consistent standards.

This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, business acumen, and technical expertise. You will enjoy a generous compensation package, including a company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover. The estimated salary range is £42,000 - £50,000 annually.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • C&G 7300 (or equivalent) or Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • 2+ years of training experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
