Care Delivery Coordinator

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents and patients. Our Operational Trainers play a vital role in ensuring that all staff members are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Operational Trainer, your responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering induction and development training against Barchester objectives and training statistics, providing practical hands-on training across a variety of subjects, planning and publishing training calendars, and ensuring employee training files are up-to-date. You will also be responsible for observing workplace practice, arranging induction paperwork and a buddy in advance of a new employee starting, maintaining regular contact with new team members, coaching and supporting where appropriate, and attending meetings and conferences external to the home as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in training and development, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.
