Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Development Coach to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering induction and development training to our staff across various regions.

About the Role: This is a home-based position that requires travel around a specific region. You will be coordinating and delivering training sessions against our objectives and training statistics. Your role will involve providing hands-on training, planning and publishing training calendars, and ensuring employee training files are up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and deliver induction and development training
  2. Provide practical, hands-on training across a variety of subjects
  3. Plan and publish training calendars
  4. Maintain regular contact with new team members
  5. Arrange induction paperwork and a buddy in advance of a new employee starting

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a C&G 7300 qualification (or equivalent), a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience of working in the social care sector, and full UK driving licence. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of training experience.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.
