Job Title: Clinical Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to patients and their families
- Handle correspondence, including letters, faxes, and emails
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
