We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our anticoagulant monitoring service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork
- Manage patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to patients and their families
- Handle correspondence, including letters, faxes, and emails
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
