Job DescriptionThe Care and Support Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing person-centered plans to promote independence and well-being among our service users.
Requirements- Demonstrated passion for supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and co-existing conditions
- Ability to work effectively in a team and use initiative to solve problems
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Full induction and onsite training provided for new staff members
