About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Care Assistant to support our clients in Peterlee and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care and support services that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping and housework, promoting independence and dignity at all times.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, lifeWorks benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme (£500 per successful referral), and cycle to work scheme.
