About the Role

As a Care Support Worker at Barchester Healthcare, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care to residents in our complex care homes. Your primary responsibility will be to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and assist with personal care.

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our experienced management team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care and support.

A typical day as a Care Support Worker may involve assisting residents with meal times, supporting them with their medication, and providing one-to-one time to engage in activities and hobbies. You may also be involved in maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a sector-leading rewards package.
