About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant, working with vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a member of our care team, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with personal care, assisting with medication, and helping with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
What We Offer
We're proud to offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus mileage. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to our pension scheme.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate approach, and the ability to work independently as part of a close-knit team. You'll also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
