Care Support Worker in a Dynamic Setting

Join Protocol Education Ltd as a Care Support Worker in a Special Needs School. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team of experts in special needs education. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students at various levels, from primary to post-16, each with their unique needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing sensory awareness and refining motor skills in students
- Providing individualised care according to care plans
- Teaching vocabulary and fostering speech and language development
- Facilitating creative lessons such as art, cooking, music, and dance
- Supporting social and cognitive growth in students
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £38,000 per year, based on experience. This full-time position comes with a secure one-year contract, with opportunities for extension. You will work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated teachers and staff, providing one-to-one support to students with diverse needs. You may also choose to work in the school's residential centre for a more immersive experience.
