Job Description

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication and completing practical tasks such as shopping and housework.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure they receive the best possible support. Your attention to detail, empathy, and communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients and their families.
