Customer Experience Manager

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional looking to lead our CX Consultancy team. You will play a crucial role in supporting existing customers and collaborating with internal Sales teams to scope solutions to customer problems. Key responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of the latest AWS and Amazon Connect updates, educating clients on best practices to optimize their customer experience, and providing support and leadership in the management of CX Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS or other cloud providers, expertise within the Contact Centre space, and experience building and leading a team. Our competitive salary package includes $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, 25 days PTO + bank holidays, your birthday off, private medical insurance, electric vehicle scheme, pension plan, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and share-save scheme.
