Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Manière De Voir.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM strategy and be able to engage and grow our customer base through multiple channels, including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time. This includes briefing engaging content to the creative team and monitoring KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
An estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Briefing and managing the delivery of multi-channel campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on overall KPIs
- Supporting the development of segmentation and AB testing strategies
- Coordinating with the CRM Manager to build the CRM marketing calendar
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years' experience within a CRM role using CRM/ESP platforms
- An understanding of basic HTML for editing and amends
- Competent in Excel
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
