Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join IP Integration as a Customer Experience Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, operating, and continually improving services for our customers. The role involves delivering and reporting on KPIs, SLAs, and other objectives during regular formal Service Reviews with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, operate, and continually improve services for customers
- Deliver and report on KPIs, SLAs, and other objectives during regular Service Reviews
- Manage and communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally regarding service delivery
- Ensure services are provided in accordance with customer contracts
- Deal with issues or challenges arising from day-to-day service delivery and mitigate or minimize them
- Be the point of contact for escalations and major incidents
- Manage and review Root Cause investigations and report back to customers
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks to and within services
- Manage service transitions, onboarding, and migration processes for customers adopting, upgrading, changing, or exiting IPI services
- Help minimize customer churn and assist in contract renewal processes
Requirements:
- Knowledge of UC, Contact Centre, and IT environments
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great problem-solving abilities
- Good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills using MS 365 Suite and other tools
- Good knowledge of Service Transition methodologies
