Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Knowsley Works in Liverpool. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will provide administrative support and act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Enter data and produce reports, such as absence and leaver statistics.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and IT equipment.
  • Create travel bookings for business executives and employees.
  • Input data into HR information systems and maintain accurate staff records.
  • Filing and issuing contracts of employment, references, and other staff-related paperwork.
  • Attend meetings and produce accurate notes.
  • Provide basic HR and recruitment support.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work safely and responsibly within company values and operational policies.
  • Provision of a positive and professional image of the People department.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
