Job Description:

Tulway Engineering Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee and drive daily HR operations, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  3. Policy & Compliance: Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
  4. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits enrolment and resolve any issues.
  5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and arrange relevant cost-effective training courses based on training expiry dates and job specific requirements.
  6. HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
  7. Health, Safety & Employee Wellbeing: Support workplace safety initiatives and work closely with the HSE Manager regarding positive intervention strategies, and incident reports.
