We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the TRU (Trans Pennine Route Upgrade) project, the largest infrastructure project in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate training requirements for staff, ensuring courses are booked, communicated, and recorded.
- Organize Safety Critical Assessments and Training with approved suppliers.
- Manage training agreement forms, ensuring they are signed, paid for, and recorded.
- Update and maintain Training and Assessment Records and Registers.
- Ensure application packs are added to the company drive in the correct format.
- Act as a central point of contact for training and assessment enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the Labour Manager to support the project.
- Onboard new candidates, updating documents on required systems.
- Book inductions and medicals.
- Process timesheets through to Payroll and address any queries.
