Enkae Prestige Motors are currently offering an exciting new role as an Administrative Assistant to join our team here in Huddersfield.

To Qualify:
Main tasks will include:
- Providing daily support to the team and the directors.
- DVLA logbook and speeding tickets appeals
- Assist in managing admin for sales transactions (contracts, orders, invoices)
- Manage document filing systems, online and offline
Essential Skills:
Experience in administration and customer service. Able to provide exceptional customer service. Strong MS Office skills and familiar with other commonly used software products.Outstanding organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail. High level of integrity. Able to work independently. Energetic and quick to adapt to changing tasks and assignments. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. A Full UK driving licence would be preferred.

A-Level or equivalent (required)

Administrative: 2 years (required)
Customer Service: 2 years (required)
**Salary**: £19,000.00 per annum

9am - 6pm
**Location**:
Onsite - Crosland Moor, Huddersfield. Must have a reliablecommute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred). Driving Licence preferred.
