Administrative Assistant to Finance Director

To provide Administrative assistance to the Finance Director and aid the finance team where required.
- General administrative duties including the development and upkeep of Microsoft Office documents, such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook
- Enrolment report processing and research data for sites
- Aid with IT administration and upkeep of SharePoint and elearning enrolments.
- Planning of meetings and liaising with contacts and aiding with internal and external reporting deadlines
- Data input for finance team such as purchase invoices, patient data.
- Adhoc assistance with company travel requirements and meeting requirement arrangements.
**Requirements**:
- GCSE’s, including Maths and English.
- 2 years + experience working in a supportive administrative role within an office environment.
- Mentoring, training & development will be provided.
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
