Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at St Georges Care Home in Cobham, Surrey. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and supporting the independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run morning and afternoon activity sessions
- Liaise with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home
- Organise one-to-ones with our residents, involving activities such as reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading or just a cup of tea and a chat
- Support the home with their social media channels as required
You will be a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork effectively.
This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The salary for this role is £12 per hour.
