Job Summary:
The Grounds Care Group carry out Grounds Maintenance, Gritting Services and Invasive weed management for multiple clients across the UK

As our business grows we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Fleet and Asset Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the company's motor fleet and assets to ensure that the teams have the vehicles and equipment needed to deliver services to our clients.

**Duties**:

- To implement and maintain the fleet management operating procedures for vehicles and equipment.
- To administer and manager the register for each asset
- To coordinate and schedule all planned & preventative maintenance for each asset
- To manage the fleet and asset budgets
- To conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent administration skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of fleet management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fleet Management Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
