Care Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team at Bupa in Cobham, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Engaging Programmes: Plan and deliver stimulating activity sessions for residents, encompassing arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and pub quizzes.
- Community Partnerships: Liaise with external companies and performers to arrange days out and events at the home.
- Personalised Engagement: Organise one-to-one activities with residents, utilising reminiscing games, puzzles, reading, and simply enjoying a cup of tea and conversation.
- Operational Support: Assist with managing social media channels and effectively manage budgets and paperwork.
