We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our outstanding nursery and Forest School in Cobham. We would like to invite you to be part of an exceptional and growing team to help children develop in Early Years. We always work closely with our families which is so rewarding for each practitioner and to see children over many years leave us ready to start school. This role and setting offers a high quality work environment each day that does not feel like work. **Nursery Practitioner Duties**:

- Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
- Follow the EYFS framework and the Glenangels Curriculum
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
- Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
- Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children’s development
- Implement an effective key person approach
- Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor environment
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
- Coordinating with the whole team to provide excellent outcomes

**Nursery Practitioner Requirements**:

- Full and relevant level 2 or 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting
- Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
- A child-centred approach to your work
