Event and Activities Coordinator

Bupa Global is seeking an experienced Event and Activities Coordinator to join our team. As an Event and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various events and activities for our residents, including cultural festivals, theme days, and special occasions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events and activities that promote social interaction, community engagement, and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate events and activities into residents' care plans, ensuring seamless delivery and evaluation.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and decorations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and risk management procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or elderly care setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events and activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Basic knowledge of relevant software and technology, such as event management systems and online platforms.
