Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Support Specialist. This role involves supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering engaging and stimulating activities for the residents. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community.

Key Requirements
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills and an understanding of the role interaction plays in the general well-being of people.
  • Positive Attitude: Have a positive attitude toward older people and a commitment to providing quality activities and social events.
  • Previous Experience: Have previously worked with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including ADBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
