Job Title:

Customer Service Liaison Specialist

This role sits within our Customer Service team and is key to helping us make a difference for our diverse range of residents and supporting our organisation on its transformation journey.

We are re-thinking everything that we do, from how we physically group services to how we operate to ensure our residents have a say in what our services look like.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
