Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to facilitate consistent delivery of 98.5% service on juice products to the UK's leading retailers.

This role involves producing timely and accurate short-term demand forecasts (0-12 weeks) to drive the supply planning process, as well as managing supply chain relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Forecasting Excellence: Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to produce accurate demand forecasts, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Data-Driven Planning: Own demand forecasting inputs into planning systems (TPM) to stay ahead of demand and maintain a smooth supply chain.
  • Problem Solver: Track actual orders against forecasts, identify significant variances, and uncover root causes impacting the supply chain.
  • Customer Ambassador: Act as the face of our Supply Chain, resolving customer queries, addressing operational service challenges, and driving improved service levels.

Requirements

  • Experience working with the UK's Top 6 retailers or a strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with customer order management systems and supply chain planning.
  • A deep knowledge of the UK retail market, especially within grocery.
