Are you a skilled and adaptable administrator looking for a varied role in a dynamic team? We are seeking a General Administrator to join our Sales and Services Team at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital.

This diverse and dynamic role will see you working across multiple teams, including Reception, Bookings, Outpatients, Medical Records, and Reception/Concierge Teams. As a General Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the Reception area, meeting and greeting patients and visitors, checking in patients, and taking calls from the switchboard.
  • Working in the Bookings Department, processing referrals from GPs, taking bookings from patients, and booking in surgery dates.
  • Assisting in the Medical Records department, prepping clinics, and updating patient notes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good team player, able to work under pressure, and have good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
